How we use your information.

When you book a call, the contact details and scheduling information you provide are used to arrange and prepare for that conversation.

Why we collect it

We use your information to confirm the appointment, understand your enquiry and follow up about Maacki’s services. Please do not enter or send client names, tax identifiers, bank records, credentials or other client data through this website or the booking form.

Storage and access

Bookings are handled through an embedded Cal.com calendar. Cal.com processes the information you enter to provide the scheduling service; its privacy information is available at cal.com/privacy. Maacki retains enquiry information only as long as needed for appointments, service administration and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email tripathi@maacki.co.

Service boundaries

The website and booking conversation do not decide MTD eligibility, filing obligations, tax treatment or legal compliance. Your firm retains its own professional review and judgement.
